These Terms govern your use of the Cupid's Passport website and application process. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. This is an MVP summary and may be updated as the service evolves.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use this service. You agree that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The service
Cupid's Passport provides a curated matchmaking intake and introduction process. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, membership, introductions, or any particular outcome. We may accept, decline, or discontinue applications at our discretion.
Accounts and pricing
Signup is free. If applicable pricing (such as fees for curated match batches) is described on the site, those terms apply when we request payment. Features and pricing may change; we will communicate material changes as reasonably practical.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or application process, including by submitting false identities, harassing others, uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to bypass security, or using automated means to spam or overload our systems.
Your content and media
You retain ownership of photos, video, and text you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, review, and use that content solely to operate the application review and matchmaking service (including sharing with potential matches after mutual interest). You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.
Disclaimers
The site and service are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, that matches will occur, or that introductions will lead to a relationship. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cupid's Passport and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Cupid's Passport primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, except where prohibited by law.
